Pradip Kumar Gupta's journey is an inspiring example of hard work, determination, and perseverance. He started his career with a modest salary of just ₹1,500 per month. Over the years, he worked in different cities and gained valuable experience in the real estate sector. In 2004, he moved to Delhi and joined a real estate company, where he learned the practical aspects of plots, land transactions, sales, and customer management.

With his growing experience and confidence, he decided to start his own real estate business in 2011. In 2012, he began his journey in Jharkhand through Aashiyana Star Property. The business started on a very small scale, but his dedication, vision, and continuous efforts gradually helped it grow.

Later, he established Aashiyana Star Developers and entered the real estate development sector. Under his leadership, several residential projects were launched, marking important milestones in his entrepreneurial journey.
